What are RAW and LIVING foods?

Made from Mother Nature especially for us, They are whole, unprocessed, unrefined, and uncooked fresh foods, packed with all natural vitamins, minerals and enzymes, which are necessary for the proper function of the Body and Mind. They are vegetables, fruits and nuts, beans, seeds and sprouted grained that are never heated above 112 degrees (40-42 degrees Celcius) in order to preserve the natural nutritious values.

The enzymes that are vital for life are right there in the food itself. Enzymes are responsible for every metabolic function in the body, from the blink of an eye to having a thought.

By eating raw foods you have the digestive enzymes right there to help you with the digestive processes, so your body can use its energy to produce metabolic enzymes for cleaning and the reconstruction of tissues and organs.

The benefits include better absorption of nutrients from natural vitamins and minerals, which are a major part for one's well being. It is possible to prevent a variety of disorders and diseases just by eating more raw and living foods.

Water is one of the most important elements for our body. Because we are made up of about 70% water, our bodies can become very well hydrated by eating fruits and vegetables, which are filled with natural water.

WHY RAW?

You will become younger, radiant and will feel at your best. You will be more centered, in the moment and in tone with your spirit, because by eating raw foods you are going to have:

Better assimilation from nutrients from eating or dining greens

The natural water from fruits and vegetables will keep your body hydrated

The vitamins and minerals will prevent you from malnutrition

Your supply of enzymes will be under control
